About the daylight shelf
Bellis Health is an independent Copenhagen shelf for six labelled locks. Each note is lifted from the label, written from the trials, peer-passed by a working internist, then shelved. We do not fill bottles here.
Why the set stays at six
A directory that tries to cover every tablet on a formulary cannot argue any of them. This shelf keeps six locks, one comparison and six short guides so each page can still be checked against the live label. No bottle leaves Sankt Annæ Plads. No chain is ranked. No manufacturer buys a sentence.
What sits on the shelf
Three phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors for erectile dysfunction: tadalafil (Cialis) locked at 10 mg as needed, sildenafil (Viagra) locked at 25 mg, and vardenafil (Levitra) locked at 20 mg. One nerve-pain and seizure drug, gabapentin (Neurontin) at 400 mg. One oral steroid, prednisone (Deltasone) at 5 mg. One first-line diabetes tablet, metformin (Glucophage) at 850 mg with food. A lighter guide sits beside each lock for the question people actually type.
How a note is shelved
The method is Lift, Note, Peer-pass, Shelf. The title line holds one labelled strength. The body may name the rest of the ladder. Cash windows use sourced dollars only. Middle chapters move per note so two locks never share the same spine.
Who signs it
Every draft goes to Dr. Ingrid Sørensen. Her name, field and profile stay on the issued note. A named internist in København is worth more than an anonymous medically-reviewed stamp.
What we open to write it
Current FDA prescribing information first, then EMA assessments, WHO monographs where they apply, MedlinePlus, and named trials. If this site and the live label disagree, the label wins. That includes the nitrate ban on the PDE5 tablets, the taper on gabapentin and prednisone, and the contrast pause on metformin.
